This document describes how to change the behaviour of the mouse in Windows XP because it is importantr that you are able to adjust it so as to avoid RSI, ULD and other symptoms associated with the use of DSE, etc.
Click on the Start button in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen:

Choose the Settings item:
