Wireless hot-spots

The University Computing Service’s Lapwing wireless service is available in the Zooarchaeology Laboratory, the Geoarchaeology Laboratory, the Department Computer Room (B9, West Building), the Faculty Tea Room, the Haddon Library, and the foyer of the McDonald Institute Courtyard Building. You will require either a Raven identifier and password or a laptop configured to support the EduRoam wireless access service.

Ethernet connections

Wired ethernet connections are available to researchers and students who have desk space in the Division of Archaeology or McDonald Institute. Information about obtaining a connection is available. Please do not simply connect your computer to our network: It will not work. Follow the procedure described in Application for the connection of a computer to the ArchAnth subnet.
